Soul Full Sundays are a fun and powerful way to do so. 

Every week, we'll be there bright and early to explore what inspires us, what fuels us and our ability to CreateForward into life. 

Early enough to fill the rest of your Sunday with whatever else fuels you.

7-9AM Sundays, starting in April, just in time for us to leave our winter caves to emerge with everything else. 
 

Each Sunday will be a very unique experience, and will include: 

• A specially curated tea that supports our theme for the day

• Meditation/Visualization Experience

• Shared inspiration and wisdom (bring something - a poem, quote, experience... anything - that inspires you to share)

• A creative exploration
